There are some items that won’t qualify for a refund or exchange unless they’re faulty:

• All sex toys. Unless the item(s) are considered badly damaged or faulty.

• Lubricants(s), where the seal has been broken. Unless the item(s) are considered badly damaged or faulty.

If you have a faulty product, please email hello@theknudesociety.com and we’ll arrange a refund/replacement.
