Journal prompts
In this section, we’ll take 10 minutes to ask ourselves questions and write down our answers. There’s no right or wrong way to answer. It can be a paragraph, bullet points, or just words. However works for you.
Set a timer on your phone for 10 minutes and write out your thoughts:
- What’s the story of your connection with your breasts? What emotions do you associate with them?
- Are there any beliefs you are holding about your breasts which are causing you harm? What beliefs would you like to put down, and what would you like to pick up in their place?
